Holiday and 2016/2017 Winter Greetings: Most Sacred Spaces events will pause for several months beginning mid-December. Joti will be on meditative retreat and plans to resume meetings mid-April. Friends of Sacred Spaces will continue select weekly offerings including Monday evening Meditation and Friday Morning Meditation. Eckhart Tolle Thursday Evenings will pause from mid-December through the end of January, resuming on February 2nd. See the calendar page for the general winter schedule. Snow cancellations are most likely to coincide with school and public office closings.

For 15 years Sacred Spaces has offered programs supporting clarity and peace of mind and heart.
Sacred Spaces group events, such as meditation and weekly classes, are held in the Memorial Room of First Parish in Framingham, overlooking the Framingham Common at Edgell Road. Individual sessions with Joti are held in person, or by Skype or phone.

Meditation from 7-7:30 followed by a reading, talk or audio recording and discussion on basic teachings including meditation, lovingkindness, mindfulness, and skillful living leading to a peaceful mind and gentle heart. Drawing from the works of Jack Kornfield, Pema Chodron, Thich Nhat Hanh and other beloved teachers. Usually 6 to 14 people each week. You are welcome to “drop in” (no reservation needed). There is no fee. Your donation supports both Sacred Spaces and First Parish in Framingham.
