evening we begin with foundations of meditation practice
and a 20-minute meditation with some words of guidance.
Then we will listen to a pre-recorded 45-minute teaching
by Jack Kornfield in his 12-week course on the heart of
the Buddha's teachings. The last portion of the class will
be open to questions and dialog to integrate the teachings
into our own daily experience with family, work and friends.

necessary and no pre-registration is required,

Women's Mindfulness Groups
Thursdays 11 AM -1 PM, $80/month. Register
Fridays at Noon - 2 PM, $80/month. Register
weekly groups provide a forum of collective
life wisdom. Audio, video clips, book discussions
and practical exercises fill out the gatherings.
Themes include: present moment awareness,
life transitions and challenges, relationships,
spiritual awakening, love, purpose, the world
and inner peace. Call ahead to register. There
is a 4-week minimum commitment. Cost is $80/month.
