Women’s Mindfulness Groups


There are currently openings in the ongoing Wednesday Women’s Mindfulness Group for new members.  (the Thursday and Friday Groups are full)
Wednesdays 9:15-11:15 weekly, $100/4-week month

In this weekly ongoing group we  incorporate teachings from favorite teachers and discuss how these relate to daily life, our relationships with others, work, family, activities, schedules, aspirations – and everything in between.

Each Wednesday morning, we start with a guided meditation and close with a simple metta (lovingkindnes) practice. In this group we are currently reading, True Refuge, by Tara Brach.
